Mobil-Home for 4/6 places, comprising 1 bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with 2 single beds (1 blanket per bed), a living room, a kitchen (gas cooker, microwave) a bathroom (shower ), separate WC, terrace and garden furniture. Sheets and towels not provided
Arrivals are on Saturday from 2 p.m. and departures on Saturday before 10 a.m.

Terms and conditions :
The reservation only becomes effective after our agreement and after receipt of your deposit. In case of delay in the occupation of your rental, it will be retained for a period of 24 hours. After this period and in the absence of a letter from the customer stating that he had to postpone the date of his arrival, the reservation will be canceled without any refund of the deposit paid.
IMPORTANT :
The deposit corresponds to 30% of the amount of your stay, the lessee agrees to pay the balance of the rental on the day of his arrival, minus his deposit. No refund will be granted in case of late arrival or early departure. The debit from your account will give you the insurance of the rental.
Bail :
A deposit of 300 € per accommodation will be paid on arrival, it will be returned on your departure after possible deduction of the costs of restoring the premises or the value of missing or damaged equipment. A sum of 50 € by check will be requested on your arrival, it will be retained if the accommodation has not been cleaned on the day of departure, it will be returned to you in part or in full depending on the inventory noted. If you wish to leave earlier than the scheduled date, we will check the inventory after your departure and we will send the deposit by post within 5 days, except withholding of damage caused during your stay, any costs for repairing the location or the value of the missing material.
Cancelation :
The entire deposit will be retained by the lessor, the cancellation fees
are €16.
The application fee is €9.
